2025 Young Felix Rosé

2025 marks a step up in depth and quality, whilst still keeping true to the early-drinking, freshness consistent with last year's vintage. A blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Shiraz from McLaren Vale. Refreshing and filled with fresh peachy aromas. Upfront fruity flavours (passionfruit), soft and balanced, dry. 

Hand picked. 100% whole bunch pressed. Cool natural fermentation in old french barrels. This refreshing Rosé best enjoyed with friends.
